Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
To participate in the purchase procedure is necessary reinforcement of the package of documents:
1. The Commercial proposal on the form of the Organization must contain information on
- Duration of work in calendar days;
- Value in rubles excluding VAT (with an indication of the tax system). The Cost is indicated for annual maintenance of the total amount and by the breakdown according to paragraph 2 and paragraph 5 of the technical specification
- Warranty period (not less than 6 months for work performed);
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC within 40 calendar days from the date of signing the acts of executed works);
- Acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of overdue work);
- Data on business reputation, namely realized projects, thank-you letters, experience of work with group RUSAGRO;
- Date of preparation and validity of the commercial offer (expiration not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);
2. A Copy of the financial/tax statements for the last reporting period
3. Legal documents.
4. License to perform the work specified in the technical specification.
5. Confirmation of qualification of Specialists
