1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
7. Proposal for work (see file "Proposal for work")

10. Requirements for the Contractor:
- Permitting documents (SRO, licenses, admissions).
- Development by the executor of PPR, PPRK, RTI.
- Availability of certification of the head, engineers, industrial safety workers at the public educational institution.
- The presence of medical admission of personnel to work at the public educational institution.
