Each supplier can apply for any number of Lots.
Participants must::
1) fill out the Application Form (Appendix No. 1) and the Application for Compliance with the qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit it in electronic (XLS) and signed (PDF) form, supplemented with the supporting documents specified in the Application.
2) Fill in Appendix No. 5 with the primary prices (for more information, see section 3.1. Instructions to the participant).
3) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix No. 6) and submit it only in electronic form (XLS). Filled in for the last three reporting years.
