Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract Price (of Works performed) is made by the Customer in the following order:
a) on the basis of the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed under the Work Order signed by the Parties (Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement), with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of acceptance of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü accounts;
ü acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
ü invoices.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills, etc.
