Requirements for bidders:

3. Warranty for the work performed;
4. The presence of all certificates, licenses and other documents indicated in those. tasks confirming the right to perform work;
5. Trained, certified and valid personnel;
6. Own material and technical base
7. Before submitting a commercial proposal, it is mandatory that the Contractor inspects the Customer’s construction site with the participation of the Customer’s technical specialists;
8. Consent to conclude a standard contract of the Customer;
9. Before starting work, provide a schedule of work within 2 days from the receipt of the nomination letter;
The decision to select a supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee of APO RUS LLC and communicated in accordance with the regulations of APO RUS LLC. The tender committee of APO RUS LLC reserves the right not to recognize any of the participants as the winner.
