Payment terms:Payment for the Work performed and the spare parts and consumables used in the repair is made by the Customer within 60 calendar days from the date of registration of the invoice for payment in the Customer's office department, if there is a Certificate of Work Performed signed by the Parties.
Delivery terms:Term of the contract: 24 months.
Start of work: from the date of signing the contract to 31.03.2025

PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of applications for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the electronic platform B2B-Center until 17.02.2023 15-00. It is necessary to attach to the application a scan of the completed information about the applicant, a scan of the completed qualification questionnaire for the PBiOT with appendices and experience in providing similar services (performing works).
2. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of the proposals is indicated in rubles for the full volume of services provided (work performed) excluding VAT.
4. Commercial offers without the necessary applications may not be allowed to be resubmitted.

Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
