Comments: This procedure is carried out in addition to the request for proposals No. 2528306 in connection with the change in the estimate documentation and in order to obtain the correct TCH.
The submitted technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts - technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with a seal stamp (Appendices 2 - 6).
In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form has priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected.
Management Company METALLOINVEST LLC uses electronic document management (EDM) with its partners and clients in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru) of SKB Kontur. Please note that all other things being equal, preference can be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of the Contractor by the Company and should not be considered as an auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
