General information (signature and seal on forms is mandatory) 3. Study the draft agreement and its annexes! 4. Fill out Appendix No. 5 to the contract (Cost calculation for the Vishursky subsoil plot TCRS) in excel format. 5.Fill out Appendix No. 6 to the contract (Costs of mobilization and demobilization of the cattle brigade) in excel format. 6. When submitting a price offer for an ETP, upload all the completed and above-listed forms to the files tab, as well as upload the Constituent Documents of your organization (Charter, TIN, OGRN).
