Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (work performed) is made by the Customer on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Work performed under the Order-Order / Order-along, with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of work performed, when Submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
ü accounts;
ü acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. КС-3) signed by the Parties;
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Scope of work: in accordance with the statement of work (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation) and the statement of scope of work (Appendix No. 1.1. to the statement of work) and estimated calculation (Appendix No. 2 to the contract).
Deadline: from January 31, 2020 to December 31, 2020 Interim deadlines are defined in the Schedule of work (Appendix No. 3).
