Payment terms:Оплата по настоящему Договору производится в следующем порядке:
Заказчик осуществляет оплату выполненных Работ в срок не более 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных Работ и при условии получения Заказчиком от Подрядчика соответствующих счета-фактуры и счета на оплату. Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
