Payment terms:Advance payment in the amount of 30% no later than 10 working days from the date of submission by the Contractor of the invoice for payment of the advance. Payment of completed Works with a proportional offset of previously paid advances is made for the volumes of work actually performed accepted by the Customer, within 10 (ten) banking days after the delivery and acceptance of the Works to the Customer, elimination of all identified deficiencies and signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the completed Works in the form of CS-2 and subject to the transfer to the Customer of all stipulated by this Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation documents.
Delivery terms:Completion dates: August-September 2022. Within 12 (twelve) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The closure of traffic on the bridge is no more than 24 hours.
Before the conclusion of the contract, the potential Contractor should inspect the Object, the places of work, for compliance with the Terms of Reference.
In the process of performing hidden works, sign the relevant acts. In the absence of a properly executed act of hidden works, this stage is not paid by the Customer.
Upon completion of the work, the Customer is given an invoice for payment and 2 copies of the following documents: the Act of acceptance of the completed work (form no. KS-2), a certificate of the cost of the completed work and costs (form no. KS-3). Also presents a set of Executive documentation for the work performed (if such executive documentation must be in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation).

The Customer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time up to the date and time of the deadline for submitting applications.
