Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions:
1. Availability of specialized equipment for pumping out the contents of the grease trap, as well as hydrodynamic and mechanical cleaning of the sewage system;
2. Availability of a license for the right to handle (collection, transportation, neutralization) with waste from a grease trap (waste code according to FCKO 73610101394), or the availability of a contract for the transfer of wastewater to treatment facilities or for discharge into a centralized wastewater disposal system (contract with the organization of the agricultural sector) From the moment of transfer of waste/wastewater to the contractor, they become his property;
3. Execution of works at the request of the customer (within 12 hours from the date of receipt of the request from the customer);
4. The contractor organization must be located geographically within the district where the facilities are planned to be serviced.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
