Auto-extension

Payment terms:
- 50% advance payment;
- Payment of works – monthly, for actually fully completed stages of work, in the presence of a set of executive documentation with proportional repayment of the previously paid advance, with retention of a guarantee amount of 5% of the cost of work on the act of completed work.
Delivery terms:
- The contractor undertakes to perform all the work with its own and/or attracted forces and means, using its own consumables, tools and mechanisms (special equipment, truck crane, etc.) necessary to perform the work.
- The contractor must carry out loading, delivery to the installation site, assembly and installation of the IAF, in strict accordance with the assembly and installation instructions, the IAF fastening and installation on site must ensure the stability and strength of each structure as a whole.
- The work should be carried out in compliance with the requirements of labor protection and safety, ensuring the safety of life and health of citizens, the safety of property.
-All work must be carried out under the supervision of the Customer's representative. The Customer checks the volume of work performed jointly with the Contractor, carries out their acceptance, participates in the survey of hidden works with the preparation of an act for each type of hidden work with the permission of subsequent works.
- The contractor submits hidden works in advance for inspection (if available). If the Customer was not informed about the acceptance of responsible structures and hidden works or was informed late, the Contractor is obliged, at its own expense and on its own, to open any part of the hidden works according to the Customer's instructions, and then restore it.
- MAFs should not have manufacturing and other defects.
- All supplied materials and equipment must have the appropriate certificates, technical passports, as well as other documents certifying their quality. Copies of certificates of conformity for materials subject to mandatory certification in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, quality certificates and Other Documents in Russian must be submitted to the Customer before the start of the work.
