service areas of the charge heater, in accordance with drawing no.ST13968 KM2.
3.2. Installation of the charge heater at the design location in accordance with drawing no.TH13968.
PS: The charge heater (damn. no. NS08224) is provided by the Customer. Installation work, including the manufacture of the loading (damn. No. 10322.00.00 SAT) and unloading device of the installation is performed by the Contractor, from the materials of the Contractor.
3.3. Manufacturing and installation of the charge heater drive group in the design position, in accordance with drawing No.NS08224.07SB.
PS: The metal structures of the drive group are made of materials

6. Requirement for the contractor:
• The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work.
• Production of works under the possible influence of harmful production factors: dust, gas contamination, noise;
• Production of works in the cramped conditions of the existing workshop;
• Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor organization (an order on appointment to a position in the contractor organization, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of providing labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the journal of instructions;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of ITR for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements;
- medical admission of personnel.
The Contractor notifies the Customer about the fulfillment of all these conditions in writing with the attachment of all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right to prevent the Contractor from performing the work, the delay in performing the work in this case is the fault of the Contractor. 7. Deadlines for the execution of works:

- medical admission of personnel - copies of certificates of gas and electric welders, slingers, crane operators, lifts (towers). For gas and electric welders, copies of the PTM certification protocols.
If the information in the submitted documents is found to be inconsistent with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the OT and PB service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
