Payment terms:Preferred payment terms: payment upon completion of the work performed on the terms of a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Act of completed work or payment with the company's own promissory notes.
Delivery terms:1. Minimum price of works (Providing confirmation of pricing (calculations/estimates, etc.). The estimated cost of the work is determined in accordance with paragraph 13 of this technical specification).
2. Availability of a certificate of compliance of the management system with the requirements of ISO 9001;
3. Availability of own design departments/ groups;
4. Availability of permits for the provision of services;
5. Availability of SRO;
6. Availability of human resources, trained personnel;
7. The presence of experience in performing such work at similar facilities over the past 2-3 years.
8. Preferred payment terms with deferred payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works and providing the original invoice.
9. Guarantees of the quality of works and services:
The designer guarantees responsibility for the improper preparation of technical documentation and the performance of survey work, including shortcomings discovered subsequently, during the implementation of the project, as well as during the operation of the object created on the basis of technical documentation and survey work data. The warranty period should be set at least 3 years;
10. The contract between the Customer and the Designer is drawn up in the Customer's editorial office.
11. For violation of the terms of performance of works on services, the Customer has the right to present to the Designer a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the amount of the cost of the stages of work not performed for each day of delay, but not more than 10% of the total cost of the Contract, in case of violation of the terms of performance of works, the Customer can also refuse to accept the execution and claim damages;
If necessary, the Customer can conduct a technical audit.

Comments:
The commercial offer must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) document signed by an authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.
JSC "RUSAL Achinsk" has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- the commercial offer was received after the deadline;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not correspond to the terms of the Invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy)proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has a negative experience of working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will take place with the mandatory conduct of peretorzhek.
