This monitoring of prices is carried out in order to determine the list of potential suppliers for subsequent obtaining permits.

It is necessary to attach the application for participation with the stamp, signature and delivery time in PDF format.

It is also necessary to load the package of documents:
1. Copy of extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
2. Copy of the decision on appointment/election, the order on appointment of the head;
3. Copies of constituent documents (for legal entities: copies of the Charter (with amendments and additions in force at the date of submission of the application/proposal), INN, OGRN; for individuals, individual entrepreneurs: copy of TIN);
4. Copy of the balance sheet as of the last reporting date;
5. A copy of the statement of financial results as of the last reporting date.
6. Copies of the certificate of ownership or lease/sublease agreement and the act of acceptance — transfer of production areas, warehouses, office;
7. List of equipment and balance sheet or copy of the lease agreement and certificate of acceptance — transfer of equipment;
8. Copy of the staffing table, valid at the date of submission of the application/proposal;
9. Copy of the form Information about the average number of employees for the previous calendar year;
10. Copy of the form Calculation of personal income tax amounts calculated and withheld by the tax agent (form 6-personal income tax), as of the last reporting date.

This procurement procedure is not a tender or an auction and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procurement procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the customer and the organizer of the purchase the corresponding amount of civil obligations under the mandatory conclusion of the contract with the winner of the procurement procedure or other participants who took second and subsequent places in case the winner evaded signing the contract.$
