Payment terms:LLC "SK "Consent" pays an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the Contract value within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing the Contract. The remaining part in the amount of 50% of the Contract value is paid within 10 (ten) banking days after the fulfillment of all obligations under the Contract in full and of proper quality and the signing of the Act on the Performance of Work by both Parties on the basis of the original invoice issued and provided in accordance with the current Legislation of the Russian Federation

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the participants.

The Contractor has the right to contact the Customer for explanations of this documentation. Requests for clarification of documentation must be submitted in writing on the trading platform.
