The cost of the proposal should include all costs of the Contractor.
Proposals of the Participants must be executed in Russian in accordance with the requirements of the request for commercial offers and have a validity period of at least 60 (sixty) days from the day following the day of the end of the acceptance of Proposals. The proposal is drawn up in the form given in Appendix No. 2 to this request.
