Payment terms:Payment for work is made for the reporting period within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing by the Contractor of the act of work performed in the form of KS-2, a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs in the form of KS-3 (approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 11.11.1999 No. 100) with the attachment of executive and technical documentation for the work performed and the invoice and invoice issued by the Subcontractor.
The final payment for the work performed under this contract is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Contractor signs the final act of work performed in the form No. KS-2, the certificate in the form No. KS-3, and provides the Contractor with all executive documentation for the work performed.
The price of the Works is fixed (unchanged), even if at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement and the preparation of the design or working documentation it is impossible to determine the full scope of work required to perform the Works provided for in the Agreement. The price of the Works includes the cost of the contract works specified in Appendix No. 2 "Calculation of the Contract Price" and any other works necessary to perform the Works stipulated by the Contract, and also takes into account all possible expenses of the Subcontractor.
