Comments:
Industrial Holding Polymetal is a leading Russian gold mining and production company, one of the world's largest producers of silver.
LLC "Resources Albazino", which is a member of the holding "polymetal", asks you to consider the possibility of performing works on the construction of the foundations of the ECT-1000: Earthworks, monolithic reinforced concrete foundations, waterproofing of building structures.
Place of rendering services: District named after Polina Osipenko Khabarovsk Edge in the Mesopotamia of Amguun-Somnya, on the right bank of the key faulty in its headwaters.
Terms of production of works:
- Beginning of works: 20.05.2019;
- Completion of works: 10.07.2019
Responsibility and obligations of the customer:
1. Transfer the construction site to the contractor to perform the work under the contract;
2. Before the commencement of the work, transfer the approved working documentation to the contractor;
3. To accept and pay to the contractor the works executed qualitatively and in the corresponding term, according to the act of executed works.
Responsibility and obligations of the executor:
Detailed information on the implementation of the work and the main requirements are set out in the technical specification and annexes 1-10.
This information is required for detailed study in the preparation of a commercial proposal.
Maintenance of works by all necessary materials, tools, equipment and technics is a duty of executor of works.
Accommodation and meals at the customer's site, as well as staff mobilization are made at the expense of the contractor. Provision of assistance by the customer is possible according to the terms of TK according to the tariffs specified in annexes № 8-9 to Tk.
The customer does not provide the tmsc for the production of works. Delivery of materials (main, consumable and auxiliary) to the place of work is performed by the contractor and is its responsibility.
It is possible to provide assistance from the customer in providing the equipment for rent under the terms of Clause 9 of the TK.
The basic requirements for the design, production of the QMS, the availability of permitting documentation are given in paragraph 12, 14, 16 Tk.
Technical documentation on the structure of the foundations of the DRS-1000 is given in full in annexes № 1.1-1.3 to TK.
We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer with the following applications:
- filled offer map (adj. № 3 to the letter);
- completed calculation of the contract price (adj. № 2 to TK);
- the completed questionnaire of the counterparty (adj. № 4 to the letter) and the reference-list in a free form;
- Scan-copies of the permitting documentation necessary for performance of works;
- Scan-copies of documents confirming the availability of necessary equipment and equipment;
- project of production of works on the foundation of the dis-1000.

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
