A commercial offer must be sent:
1. completed offer card in Excel format;
2. calculation of the contract price - Appendix No. 1 to the TK
3. work schedule in Excel format - Appendix No. 2 to the TOR;
4. the list of machines and mechanisms planned for use should be indicated in Section 2 of Appendix No. 3 to the TK in accordance with the requirement of clause 2.8.2 of the TK.
Information about the list of machines and mechanisms planned for use and their standard operating time should be indicated in the commercial proposal.
5. scanned copies of qualification certificates for personnel and engineering staff in accordance with the TOR clause 3.1;
6. a scanned copy of an extract from the SRO register with admission to HIFs and the types of work performed with a term of issue not earlier than 30 calendar days, in accordance with the requirement of the TOR clause 4.1.1;
7. a certificate of attestation or an accreditation certificate in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO / IEC 17025 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" for own or external testing laboratories, in accordance with the requirement of TK clause 4.1.3.
8. certificate and protocols for attestation of welding materials (OTU group - Building structures) in accordance with RD 03-613-03, in accordance with TZ clause 4.1.4.
9. certificate and protocols for certification of welding equipment (OTU group - Building structures) in accordance with RD 03-614-03, in accordance with TK clause 4.1.5.
10. certificate and protocols for certification of welding equipment (OTU group - Building structures) in accordance with RD 03-615-03, in accordance with TK clause 4.1.6.
11. In case of disagreement with the basic construction contract of the Customer (Appendix No. 11 to the TOR - BDSP) - it is obligatory to send the protocol.
12. Enterprise card according to the attached form.
13. Reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations
14. Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list.
