- All the necessary materials for the work (loan materials, M-15, report);
- Scaffolding;
- Eurocubes.

The cost of the work should include:
- Implementation of the SMR;
- ID design;
- installation/dismantling of scaffolding;
- loading/unloading/moving of materials to the places of work;
- provision of sanitary/household workers with premises;
- availability of the necessary certificates for OT and TB;
- removal of construction debris.
