Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment upon completion of the work.
Delivery terms:from the moment of conclusion of the contract until 30.06.2023.

Comments:
1. Proposals are accepted for the selection of a subcontractor to perform work on the construction of a railway crossing, according to the attached documentation. It is desirable to perform the entire scope of work by one subcontractor.

3. This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
