Payment terms:Advance payment of 50% of the contract price shall be based on the Contractor's invoice within 10 (10) working days from the date of contract conclusion. The remaining 50% of the cost of the Works under the contract shall be paid by SK "Consent" LLC for 10 (10) workers after the fulfillment of all obligations under the contract in full, of proper quality and the signing of the Act by both Parties and receipt by the Customer of the invoice and other necessary documents for payment of the documents provided for by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation

The list of documents to be provided is listed in paragraph 7 of the Technical Assignment file.

This solicitation procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all received proposals for any reason or terminate the selection process at any time without any liability to the participants.

The Contractor has the right to ask the Customer for an explanation of this documentation. Requests for clarification of documentation must be made in writing on the marketplace.
