Payment terms:Заказчик» производит предоплату в размере 50% (пятьдесят процентов) от общей стоимости работ по договору в течение 30 календарных дней с момента подписания договора. Окончательный расчет по каждому изделию производится в размере 50 % (пятьдесят процентов) в течение 30 (десяти) банковских дней с момента получения уведомления о готовности изделия к выдаче из ремонта после поступления в адрес «Заказчика» и 899 ВП МО РФ заключения ___ ВП МО РФ по фиксированным ценам, оформленного в соответствии с указаниями Начальника вооружения ВС РФ – Заместителя Министра обороны РФ от 16.07.2007 года № 251/ 1/4703 и согласованного в установленном порядке.
