Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

2. 1. Execution of works on restoration of anti-corrosion protection of metal structures of industrial buildings of PJSC "ChTPZ" and JSC "PNTZ" in accordance with standard technical solutions (TTR) attached to the terms of reference (TOR) (Appendices 1.1, 1.2 Procurement documentation). The scope of work is developed per unit of measurement (m2) of the area of metal structures and the number of manipulations (times), and are given in standard technical solutions (TTR).
3. Operating production.
4. The minimum quality guarantee period is 3 years.
5. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the purchase !!!
6. All materials, equipment, tools and machinery used by the Contractor for the performance of work must have appropriate certificates, technical passports and other documents certifying their quality, and also comply with the estimated calculations.
7. All work must be carried out in accordance with the ERP (work organization project) and the work schedule approved by the Customer. Recommendations for the supervision of building structures of buildings and structures SP 16.13330.2017.
8. Replacement of materials is allowed only by agreement with the Customer in writing.
9. Be sure to provide shelter for equipment, as well as building elements in the work area.
10. The contractor undertakes, on the basis of the orders agreed by the parties, to perform construction and installation works (CMP), including the provision of CMP materials at the facility, using materials in the volumes specified in the orders.
11. The prices for each type of work included in the construction and installation work in accordance with the MTP are fixed. The contractor does not have the right to demand an increase in the price of the corresponding order, as well as the price for each type of work prescribed in the TTR for construction and installation work. And in the case when, at the time of determining the price for each type of work specified in the TTP for construction and installation work, it was impossible to provide for the full amount of costs necessary for the execution of the corresponding order.
12. Monthly closing of acts of completion are drawn up taking into account only actually finished volumes (areas that are 100% ready).
13. The requirement for the safety of the services provided is in accordance with the provisions in force at PJSC ChTPZ and JSC PNTZ.
14. Signing of the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6);
15. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, on the territory of JSC "PNTZ" - residents of the Sverdlovsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk / Sverdlovsk region from another region before starting work with by providing supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.), or presenting a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- observe a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.

Comments:
1. It is possible to submit an offer separately for Lot 1 at ChTPZ or for Lot 2 at PNTZ, as well as for both lots. Based on the results of the purchase, an agreement (s) for ChTPZ and / or PNTZ will be concluded with the winner (s).
2. The scope of work is developed per unit of measurement (m2) of the area of metal structures and the number of manipulations (times), and are given in standard technical solutions (TTR). Preliminary volumes for repairs for 2021 - 2023:
for ChTPZ:
• 2021 - 10,000 m2
• 2022 - 10,000 m2
• 2023 - 10,000 m2
by PNTZ:
• 2021 - 10,000 m2
• 2022 - 11,000 m2
• 2023 - 12,000 m2
Until January 30 of each year (2021-2023), the Customer determines the overhaul objects and the standard scope of work. Volumes can be increased by agreement with the contractor.
3. The contractor is obliged to visit the work site for preliminary acquaintance and acceptance of compensatory measures at a particular facility of PJSC "ChTPZ" / JSC "PNTZ".

Требования к поставщику:Работы должны выполняться организацией имеющей:
1. Членство в СРО с допуском к работам на Опасных производственных объектах (ОПО).
2. Соответствующую материально-техническую базу:
2.1 Оборудование, инструмент для выполнения покрасочных работ.
3. Квалифицированный персонал:
3.1. Специалистов, аттестованных:
- по ПБ (протокол Ростехнадзора - А.1);
- по ОТ, ПТМ (протоколы проверки знаний учебного центра);
- по работе на высоте 1, 2, 3 групп;
4. Аттестованные рабочие
5. Опыт проведения подобных работ
Требования к материалам:1. Все материалы, оборудование, инструменты и техника, используемые Подрядчиком для производства работ, должны иметь соответствующие сертификаты, технические паспорта и другие документы, удостоверяющие их качество, а также соответствовать сметным расчётам.
2. Замена материалов допускается только по согласованию с Заказчиком в письменном виде.
Требования к документации:Заявку для участия на ТП B2В-Center необходимо подать в виде комплекта документов.
Заявки, поданные на торговой площадке без пакета документации рассматриваться не будут.
Состав документов в заявке:
1. Коммерческое предложение (по форме Приложения 2 Закупочной документации (ЗД)).
2. Анкета (по форме Приложения 3 ЗД).
3. Справки по инструменту и оборудованию, необходимому для выполнения требуемого комплекса работ (по формам Справок 3.1, 3.2 Приложения 3 ЗД).
4. Справка по опыту проведения подобных работ (по форме Справки 4.1 Приложения 3 ЗД)
5. Справка по кадровому составу предприятия (по форме Справки 2.2 Приложения 3 ЗД)
6. Выписка из реестра членов СРО с допуском к работам на Опасных Производственных объектах (ОПО)
7. Сканы удостоверений, протоколов согласно требованиям раздела «Квалификационные требования к поставщику» Извещения и ТЗ.
