Расчет производится перечислением денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика, и/или по иной форме расчетов, не противоречащей законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей. Обязательства по расчету считаются исполненными с момента списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Заказчика или с момента передачи векселей по акту приема-передачи.
