Payment terms:Оплата за выполненные работы производится не позднее 25 календарных дней с момента завершения отчетного месяца на основании подписанных сторонами: акта выполненных работ (формы КС-2 приложение №3 к проекту договора) по объектам, справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (формы КС-3 приложение №4 к проекту договора) по объектам, акта о приеме-сдаче отремонтированных объектов по форме ОС-3 (формы ОС-3 приложение №5 к проекту договора) на основании выставленного подрядчиком счета на оплату. Счета-фактуры выставляются Заказчику Подрядчиком в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
