Payment terms:The following calculation options are offered:

Payment is made by interbank transfer within 45 banking days after the parties sign acts of acceptance of work.

Payment is made by interbank transfer within 60 banking days after the parties sign acts of acceptance of work.

* A procurement participant must attach 2 (two) commercial proposals with different payment terms. The decision on the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for Tatneft PJSC.
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but no later than October 26, 2019) to December 31, 2019.

The tender is held in the form of a single request for proposals. The tender procedure is not extended.
