Обоснование: Предложение ООО "Сфера" на выполнение работ и условия оплаты наиболее полно соответствуют требованиям Заказчика. Предложение ООО "ЗемПромПроект" подано в нарушение п.п.4.5.2.1 i Документации по запросу предложений.
