Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The Customer makes payment for the work on the basis of invoices provided by the Contractor within 53 (fifty three) calendar days after the parties have signed the "Certificate of acceptance and delivery of works" and receive an invoice for payment. The day of payment is considered the day of debiting the day when funds are debited from the Customer's correspondent account.
Delivery terms:In accordance with Appendices No. 3 and No. 4 to the procurement documentation.
