Payment terms:
Position No. 1. Advance payment is not provided, the final payment upon delivery of the goods with deferred payment is not less than 60 and not more than 70 calendar days after signing the documents on acceptance of the goods.
Position No. 2. Advance payment is not provided, payment is made for the work actually performed on the basis of acceptance certificates of completed works with deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) regarding the order and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
If the payment for the work performed by the Contractor is carried out in the order of prepayment, the amount of which exceeds the values established by the organizational and administrative documents of the Customer, and the credit limit is not set for the counterparty, or the amount of the established credit limit is insufficient, the Contractor, until the transfer of the advance payment, provides the Customer in the original on paper, an independent guarantee for the refund of the advance payment for the amount of the advance payment. The draft of an independent guarantee for the return of the advance payment must be necessarily pre-agreed with the Customer.
Delivery terms:
The total duration of the complex of works, including the supply and installation of materials and equipment, measurements, commissioning should be no more than 10 months from the date of conclusion of the contract (no later than Q4 2023) (confirmed by the provision of the "Calendar Plan Form" as part of the application for participation).
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) regarding the timing of the work, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Comments: The participant of the procurement procedure must meet the requirements for the Participant established by the Terms of Reference and Invitations to Participate in the procurement procedure.
In case of non-compliance with the specified requirements, your application for participation will be rejected.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs are not reimbursed by Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC under any circumstances.
