Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided, payment is made for the work actually performed on the basis of acceptance certificates of completed works with deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) regarding the order and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
If a Participant offers an advance settlement scheme for a transaction for an amount equal to or exceeding 10 million rubles, at the application stage, the Participant must provide a written confirmation of the bank as part of the application for participation (or a letter with the name of the bank (list of banks) about the readiness to provide a bank guarantee in the amount of the advance amount for the approval of the guarantor bank with the Customer. The Participant, at the stage of rebidding, is obliged to provide a letter from the bank agreed by the Customer, about the readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment in the amount of the advance amount.
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, your application for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected.
Delivery terms:
The term of work is no more than 10 months from the date of conclusion of the contract (no later than Q4, 2023), according to the Schedule of work established by clause 7.1. of the Terms of Reference.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants regarding the timing of the work, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Comments: The participant of the procurement procedure must meet the requirements set out in clause 15 of the Invitation to participate in the procurement procedure (In case of non-compliance with these requirements, your application for participation in the tender procedure will be rejected).
Other requirements (requirements, compliance with which is the evaluation criterion) :
1. The participant of the purchase must necessarily send as part of the application for participation the completed form No. 7, approved by Rosstat Order No. 485 dated 01.07.2022.
2. The participant in the application for participation must provide in free form information about the detailed technical characteristics of the proposed equipment (is the proposed equipment certified maintainable, mass production, with the presence of permanent access to the fund of spare and replacement parts in the territory of the Russian Federation, availability of warranty and post-warranty service).
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs are not reimbursed by Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC under any circumstances.
