Payment terms:
There is no advance payment, payment is made for actually performed work on the basis of acts of delivery and acceptance of work performed, with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The customer is ready to consider alternative proposals (including several) of the Participants in terms of the procedure and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals.
Delivery terms:
The total term for the performance of work is no more than 85 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract, incl.
- preparation (purchase of material) - 45 calendar days,
- work on replacing the tile coating - 40 calendar days from the date of delivery of the material
Comments: Necessary requirements for the Supplier.
1. The Participant of the procurement procedure has no lawsuits for the amount of claims against the latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity capital;
2. The period of state registration of a participant in the procurement procedure prior to his submission of an application for participation in the procurement procedure must be at least one year.
3. The contractor must have a branch or a separate representative office in the Krasnodar Territory.
4. The TCH of the Participant must meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
5. The Contractor's revenue for the last year must not be less than the contractual cost of the work, compiled according to the volumes specified in the terms of reference.
6. The participant must confirm his agreement with the customer's deduction from all amounts payable for work performed under the contract, a guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the amount payable until the signing of the final act under the contract (expiration of the warranty period).
7. The participant must make a visit to the place of work before submitting an application for participation in the procedure.
8. The participant must have proven experience in the types of work specified in the terms of reference.
9. To justify the proposed cost of work, it is mandatory to provide a local estimate calculation in Excel and Grand Estimate format. Estimated documentation for the implementation of construction and installation works should be performed by the base-index method, in the territorial unit prices of the Krasnodar Territory using the corresponding indices for recalculating the estimated cost (Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, or KCTsS), relevant at the time of submission of the documentation. The Contractor submits to the Customer for checking in the PC "GRAND-Smeta" a program file (file extension "xml") and in Microsoft Excel format. All materials that are not in the normative base of PC "GRAND-Smeta" must be provided with documents confirming the cost of such materials in the form of a commercial offer or price lists of the material supplier. Estimated documentation in the FER prices is allowed only if there are no prices in the TER database of the Krasnodar Territory, but with a conversion factor to TEP or using an index to the FER.
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, your application for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as an auction in the sense of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC "Sanatorium" Zapolyarye "reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue carrying out this Procurement procedure, to change the conditions for its implementation, as well as to refuse to conclude an agreement with the Supplier, whose proposal was recognized as the best based on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs under no circumstances will be reimbursed by LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye.
