Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the moment of completion of works and signing of transfer documents (Act, UPD).
Delivery terms:Pre-delivery. To provide the calculation of the cost of work - c/n workers, transport, material and overhead costs.
If possible, before submitting an offer on ETP, send a meter to remove the dimensions. Otherwise, in case of detecting deviations in the size "on the fact", without prior departure of the measmer, the claims for the adjustment of the price set on ETP, are NOT ACCEPTED!!!
The term of commencement of works is not later than 10 calendar days from the moment of mutual signing of the contract.
