Обоснование: На основании принятого решения об отказе в допуске к участию в запросе предложений единственного предложения участника запроса предложений, в соответствии с п. 3 ч. 5 ст. 42 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг АО «ОЭЗ ППТ «Тольятти» и п.п.3 п. 6.5. ст. 6 Раздела II документации о проведении запроса предложений запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся и заказчиком принято решение о закупке у единственного поставщика (исполнителя, подрядчика).
