Participation of small and medium businesses
Organizer has initiated the bidding only for small and medium businesses to participate. Verification of compliance with the criteria for being qualified as small and medium businesses is to be performed by the organizer.

Payment terms:Payment for the 1st stage shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the act on the performance of design and survey works and invoicing.
The current payments for the II stage are made by the Customer in the amount of 95 percent of the cost of the stages of work under the contract specified in the acts on acceptance of the executed works in the form of KS-2 and a certificate of the cost of the performed works and costs in the form of KS-3 within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of acceptance certificates.
The payment at the end of works on the II stage is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of commissioning (an act of acceptance of the completed commission by the acceptance commission in the form of KS-14)
Delivery terms:The period for commencement of work for the first stage shall be no later than 5 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
The deadline for completing the work on the first stage is no later than 45 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
II stage Construction, installation and commissioning works
The deadline for the start of work on the II stage is no later than 5 working days from the moment of signing the act on the performance of design and survey works for the I stage.
The deadline for completion of construction, installation and commissioning works is no later than December 15, 2018.
Term of completion of work under the contract - no later than 29.12.2018.
