Etalon Group, one of the largest companies in the field of development and construction in Russia, announces its entry into the development market of the Rostov region.
Etalon Group has completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in a joint venture established to implement a major construction project in Rostov-on-Don. Within the framework of the partnership, it is planned to implement a project of integrated development of the territory on a plot of over 300 hectares in the Railway district of the million-plus city, with the prospect of increasing the built-up area by almost 3 times, up to 800 hectares. The scale of the site allows you to implement the project of a 15-minute city with all the necessary infrastructure within walking distance. Special attention will be paid to the formation of a comfortable environment, the preservation and creation of green areas. The expected realizable area of the 1st stage of the project will be over 2 million square meters. m
. According to the terms of the partnership, Etalon Group assumes full project management, including the development and approval of permits, design, construction, marketing and sales management. Approval of urban planning documentation and the start of the project are scheduled for the 1st half of 2025.
