Расчеты за фактически выполненные и принятые Работы производятся Заказчиком при сдаче Работ по отдельному этапу не позднее 90 (девяноста) календарных дней с момента подписания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ и Справок о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по соответствующему этапу и предоставления Заказчику счета и счета-фактуры, за вычетом 5 (пяти)% от стоимости фактически выполненных работ по этапу (сумма резервирования).
