2. The purpose of the work:
2.1. Moving away from steam heating to electric heating;
2.2 Perform the replacement of the pipeline and the installation of the pecolovushka on the pipeline of the vacuum line from the horizontal autoclaves in the TSPOIP according to the project TX 13907;
2.3 Perform electric heating of the pipeline and the vacuum line pekolovushki from horizontal autoclaves in the CPOiP according to the project EL 13907.
3. Scope and list of works.
3.1. Perform work according to the projects EL 13907 and TX 13907
4. Supply of materials and construction equipment to perform this work.
4.1. The works are performed using the Contractor's material and equipment.
4.2. Installation equipment, mechanisms for loading operations, tools and all consumables for them (oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials), PPE, electric welding, gas cutting and other equipment necessary for carrying out the work is provided by the Contractor
4.3. Garbage removal of all categories, to landfills for receiving industrial waste, is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, at the preliminary request of the Contractor. The costs of recycling garbage of all categories, at landfills for receiving industrial waste, are borne by the Customer.
4.4. Loading of garbage is carried out by the forces and mechanisms of the Contractor.
4.5. In case of justified comments to the staff on the quality of the work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as administrative violations, at the request of the Customer's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
5. Deadlines for the execution of works.
Completion of works - 4Q. 2021.
6. Acceptance of completed works.
The works are considered to be completed in full after the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance of the completed works of the form (COP-2; COP-Z).
7. Requirements for the submitted offers.
The contractor must specify in the TAP:
Deadlines for the execution of works with the preparation of a schedule, the cost of work, as well as payment terms.
8. Applications.
The projects EL 13907 and TX 13907 developed by the PCO of EPM-NEZ JSC.
9. Requirements for the Contractor
9.1 The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, be a member of a self-regulating organization (SRO).
9.2 In order to clarify the conditions of work performance, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that representatives of the Contractor come to the Customer.
9.3 The Contractor in his commercial offer specifies the procedure for payment of works and other conditions.
9.4 Certification of the head, ITR and performers on industrial safety and labor protection at the OPO according to Appendix No. 1.
9.5 Ensuring the measures of OT and PB, safe methods of work at the facility.
9.6 Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor organization (an order on appointment to a position in the contractor organization, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of providing labor protection services.
9.7 After the completion of the work, the contractor submits to the customer the executive documentation in accordance with the RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06 and other regulatory documents.
9.8 Providing warranty obligations for at least 24 months.
9.9 Employees engaged to perform work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work performed with a mark in a special certificate of training and passing exams in certification commissions.
10. Work safety
When performing work, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- rules for labor protection during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules of technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used;
- rules for the installation of electrical installations;
- fire safety regulations;
- rules for labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- the rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the production of works, the contractor must pass an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" must be carried out in accordance with the regulations "On the application of work permits for the production of high-risk work at JSC "EPM-NEZ".
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
