- Payment of works – monthly, for actually fully completed stages of work, in the presence of a set of executive documentation with proportional repayment of the previously paid advance, with retention of a guarantee amount of 5% of the cost of work on the act of completed work.

- documents confirming the quality of the work performed (certificates, test reports, etc.);
- certificates and passports for parts and products used in the manufacture and installation;

This procurement procedure is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449 of Part one and Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose obligations on the Customer established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including the mandatory conclusion of a contract with the winner (based on the results of the Call for Bidding procedure, the customer has the right, not the obligation to conclude an agreement with the winner). In the cases provided for, the customer has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure of Call for Bidding, to complete the Call for Bidding without choosing a winner, or to recognize it as invalid without obligation to compensate the Call for Bidding Bidders.
