Dear Bidders!
on behalf of Khimki-Molzhaninovo JSC, we invite you to participate in the tender for the selection of a contractor for the performance of works at Scandi Park LLC (checkpoint and Sales Office) Commercial Proposal-1 the first stage of the tender:
- Complex of works on the implementation of internal engineering systems of checkpoint buildings and Sales Office
- Interior finishing works of checkpoint and Sales Office buildings

Address: Scandi Park LLC (Moscow region, Istrinsky district, Leonovo village (cadastral number: 50:08:0080325:555)

At this stage, we ask you to provide scanned copies of the following documents on the site by 12-00 Moscow time on 30.01.2024 inclusive:
1) Invitation (pdf);
2) The Rules of this tender (Appendix 1 - pdf);
3) Bidder questionnaire (Appendix 2 - pdf, excel);
4) Commercial offer (Appendix 3 - pdf);
5) Specification of Engineering networks (OP, PPC) (Appendix 3.1 - pdf, excel);
6) Finishing Specification (OP,PPC) (Appendix 3.2 - pdf, excel);
7) Constituent documents (according to Appendix 4).

Deadline for summing up the results of the tender: 09.02.2024
The tariff for participation is not required. E-Signature is not required.
