- the territory of the industrial facility is not provided with sources of external fire-fighting water supply (external water supply networks with fire hydrants) with the placement of fire hydrants on the water supply network, which provides water supply with an estimated water consumption for fire extinguishing of any point of the buildings served by this network from at least two hydrants (Art.1 , Article 4, Article 6, Article 68 of the Federal Law of 22.07.2008 No. 123-FZ "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements"; Table 3, Clause 8.5, Clause 8.8, Clause 8.9, Clause 8.10, clause 10.1 of the Code of Rules 8.13130.2020 "Fire protection systems.
