Comments: A detailed description of the subject of purchase and the terms of delivery are specified in the purchase documentation, contract, terms of reference. The Participant must submit documents confirming the legal capacity and qualifications of the Participant. The offer must be executed in accordance with the attached procurement documentation. An application without confirmation of the price offer by the specified documents is not allowed for consideration.
