Comments:
The contractor must provide:
• reference list for similar types of work;
• provide a copy of an extract from the register of members of a self-regulatory organization (the term of an extract from the register of members of a self-regulatory organization is one month from the date of its issue);
• copies of the protocols of attestation of personnel on industrial safety, knowledge tests on labor protection, fire-technical minimum, electrical safety;
• copies of bukh. balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• The contractor guarantees that the quality of the work performed meets the requirements of state standards and technical conditions established in the Russian Federation and the requirements of the Customer;
• The contractor is obliged to draw up a work schedule and coordinate it with the Customer. Before starting work, technical personnel must be familiar with the work schedule.
