Payment terms:Advance payment in the amount of 30 (thirty)% of the cost of work is made by the Customer no later than 5 (five) business days from the date of the invoice issued by the Contractor after the signing of the contract by the Parties.
The final payment is paid within 5 (Five) business days from the date of the invoice issued by the Contractor after the signing by the Parties of the act on acceptance of work performed (KS-2), a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (KS-3) and other documents.

1) This procedure for requesting prices is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

3) The customer reserves the right to make changes to the documentation, accept or reject any application, as well as terminate the request for price process and refuse all applications at any time before the conclusion of the contract, while the Customer will not be liable to participants in the procedure who submitted the application, as well as will not be liable for notification of the reasons for such a decision. The procurement participant who submitted the application bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its application, the Customer is not responsible and does not bear obligations for these costs, regardless of the nature of the procedure or the results of the consideration and evaluation of participants' applications.
