Payment terms:
1. Prices should be specified taking into account transportation costs.
Payment for work under this Agreement may be carried out by the Customer by transferring bills of exchange to the Contractor. The transfer of bills is carried out according to the act of acceptance. From the moment of transfer of the bill of exchange, the Customer is considered to have fulfilled its obligation to pay for the work.
3. Payment for the work performed, made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of acts on the performance of work
Delivery terms:
1. The term of the work is 1 month (since the moment of signing the contract)
4. Certification of engineers and technicians for industrial safety of hazardous production facilities.
5. Warranty period of 12 months.
6. The contractor is required to do the work on his own. Attracting third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
At the request of the customer
7. In the proposal offer indicate the deadline for the work, as well as provide a local estimate calculation.
8. The presence of SRO.
9. To coordinate with the Customer PPR. eight. Personnel must be certified for this type of work.
Comments: Please note:
1. The participant who took part in the procedure (made the proposal), before the expiration of the deadline for receipt of applications, must provide an estimate for the execution of works.
2. This request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Directing the offer (offer) the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If the tax reporting is missing or does not allow you to verify the Supplier’s good faith with a reasonable degree of confidence, the Buyer is entitled to request other documents confirming that the Supplier can independently fulfill its delivery obligations, including but not limited to extract from the staffing list with copies of employment contracts of persons engaged to perform work, information on ownership or leasehold office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
