Comments:
To participate in the purchase procedure necessarily reinforcement of the package of documents
1. The Commercial offer on the letterhead of the Organization should contain:
- Term of work performance in calendar days;
- Total value in rubles excluding VAT (with an indication of the tax system). The Total value is indicated as the sum of all items according to table 3.1. The same amount is indicated in the offer on the site.
- Warranty period;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC within 40 calendar days from the date of signing the acts of executed works);
- Acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of overdue work);
- Data on business reputation, namely realized projects, thank-you letters, experience of work with group RUSAGRO;
- Date of preparation and validity of the commercial offer (expiration not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);

3. A Copy of the financial/tax statements for the last reporting period
4. Legal documents.
