Auto-extension

In case of an advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles with VAT, the Supplier/Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in the Bank of the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Technical Assignment, the request for a commercial offer.
According to the requirements of the Technical Specification, the period of production of works 70 calendar days (September 2020 - November 2020).

Comments:
Be sure to attach all documentation according to the request for a commercial offer. Participants who did not travel to objects to familiarize themselves with the volumes of works, are not allowed to tender.

This Request for Commercial Offers has been sent in accordance with the Tender Organisers (Trade Procedure) Regulations within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, $ which (as well as the tender) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code RF.
