Comments:
1. More detailed information is set out in the technical specification.

2. With a commercial offer necessarily sent:
1. Complete offer card in Excel format;
2. Completed Appendix to TK "3. Appendix 1 to the BDSP-R - Calculation of the contract price";
3. Completed Appendix to TK "4. Appendix 2 to the BDSP-R - Schedule of work" - if the terms of work differ from those required under the TK - indicate them with comments;
4. Scan-copies of qualification certificates for personnel and technical personnel according to the TK clause 3.1;
5. Scan-copy of the extract from the SRO register for the types of work performed with the admission of the GPO for the period of issuance not earlier than 30 calendar days;
7. Enterprise card according to the attached form in Word format;
8. Scan-copies of the constituent documentation of the Contractor according to the attached list;
9. A scan copy of the signed consent to the processing of personal data;
10. Protocol of disagreements to the contract of the Customer, in case of their existence;
11. Reference list on the realized experience of work in industrial enterprises;
12. Scan-copies of reviews, letters of recommendation.

6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

7. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

8. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations.

9. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
